Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability may be updated from time to time. We do not guarantee that all information displayed on our website will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove products from sale when necessary, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have regarding an order already accepted.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your contact details, shipping address, and payment information.
After submitting an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been fully reviewed or dispatched.
We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate information, product availability problems, or errors in product or pricing information. Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will arrange any applicable refund in accordance with applicable law.
Please review your selected products, sizes, quantities, customization requirements, shipping address, and other order details carefully before completing checkout.
6. Pricing and Payment
Product prices and any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other fees will be displayed or calculated at checkout where applicable.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. Any change will not affect an order already accepted except where permitted or required by applicable law.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the total amount of your order.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment card details on our own servers where those details are handled by third-party payment processors. The handling of payment information is also subject to our Privacy Policy and the applicable policies of the relevant payment provider.
7. Order Cancellation and Changes
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped, subject to the following conditions.
For custom-made, tailor-made, and made-to-order products, cancellation is not available once production has started.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Any subsequent return request must comply with our Return and Refund Policy.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at wstarcosplay@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation requests can be accommodated after an order has entered processing or production.
8. Shipping and Delivery
WStarcos orders are shipped from China. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination, product type, package size, and shipping conditions.
Our current estimated transportation times after shipment are:

These estimates do not include order processing or production time. Custom-made and made-to-order products may require additional production time, as stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather, public holidays, local postal services, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, refused delivery, or other recipient-related issues may be your responsibility, subject to applicable law.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages where necessary. Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Customers are generally responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Certain products are not eligible for return, including worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered items; undergarments; socks and stockings; single-use or indoor-use items; shoe covers; boot covers or tops; cosplay shoes; props and similar items; and custom-made items once production has started.
For custom-made, tailor-made, and made-to-order products, cancellations or refunds are not available once production has started, except where required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and the return approved. Refunds are issued through the applicable original payment method.

10. Product Quality and Care
We aim to prepare our cosplay costumes and accessories with attention to detail and quality.
Because cosplay products may use specialty fabrics, printed materials, decorative elements, and other costume components, minor wrinkles, creases, or slight variations may occasionally occur during production, packaging, or transportation.
Please follow the care instructions provided with your product when washing, ironing, steaming, or storing your costume.
If an item arrives damaged or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. We will review your request and assist with an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
