Shipping Information

All WStarcos orders are processed and shipped from China.

The estimated delivery time includes the transportation period after your order has been prepared and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

We offer different shipping options to accommodate different delivery needs and budgets.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most ready-to-ship products are prepared for shipment within the applicable processing period shown on the product page.

Some products, especially custom-made, made-to-order, or specially produced costumes, require additional production time before they can be shipped.

For these products, please refer to the individual product page for the estimated production or processing time.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the order may be shipped separately depending on fulfillment arrangements.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, holidays, local postal services, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may be the customer's responsibility.
An order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, order size, or fulfillment arrangements.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance may also cause additional delays that are beyond our control.

Parcel Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and, where available, a tracking link.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If your order has been marked as shipped or fulfilled but you have not received tracking information, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or appears to have a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information.

We will assist you in checking the shipment status and communicating with the relevant shipping provider where necessary.

However, delivery delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or other circumstances beyond our control may not be eligible for compensation.
